YouTube Channel Manager & Video Editor

I'm looking for a professional YouTube channel manager and video editor to help with my book and author interview style content. The role includes:

- Video Editing: This is the most critical aspect for me. The videos need to be polished, engaging and ready for monetization.
- Thumbnail Design: I prefer a minimalist style with clean lines.
- Copy Writing: Craft compelling descriptions and titles to capture viewer interest.
- Social Media Repurposing: Create short clips for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube from the main content.

The channel already has over 160 episodes and the frequency is one video every two weeks. There is potential for this role to expand into managing a podcast in the future. I am aiming towards monetizing the channel and eventually seeking sponsorships, so I am open to extra skills and suggestions to grow the channel further. Ideal skills and experience include proficiency in video editing software, understanding of YouTube's algorithm and monetization process, and experience with social media content creation.
