The video to play in high resolution on the website (not blurry or in poor quality) but load quicker, when looping the black background flicker to be gone

I have a front video on the website and the video is taking lots of time on loading. shoud be fixed but not blurry or in poor quality. but load quicker, also when the video ends and starts (looping) you have 0.1 secs of black that we need to remove. One idea for this is just to loop it many times and then upload it to youtube all together.
