Poker Content Repurposing for TikTok & YouTube

I’m a high-stakes poker player and content creator with a large Instagram following (@BostonJimmy), and I’m expanding aggressively into TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

I already produce and design a ton of content. Your job is to edit and repurpose that content into short-form videos that are optimized for virality, generate views, comments, shares, and ultimately drive traffic to my Instagram.

This is a fast-moving role for someone who understands poker, lives on social media, and knows how to make content pop.

Responsibilities
• Edit and format short-form videos from my raw footage, reels, and stories
• Add strong hooks, captions, effects, sounds, and CTAs for TikTok & YouTube Shorts
• Design or tweak thumbnails when needed
• Write viral captions with high-performing hashtags
• Schedule or assist with posting based on U.S. Pacific Time
• Track what’s working and iterate quickly

Requirements
• Poker background or strong understanding of the game (non-negotiable)
• Familiarity with my content style (@BostonJimmy)
• Experience editing short-form content that has performed well
• Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar
• Knowledge of TikTok and YouTube algorithm trends
• Great communication and responsive during U.S. Pacific working hours
