Michael Phelps Importance of setting goals presentation

I am doing a presentation in about a week to a church youth group about importance of setting goals and want to use Michael Phelps as example. He has several video clips on You Tube of him talking about setting goals and how he used goals to achieve his success as a swimmer. I want to clip and edit them into a presentation I can show the youth group. I don't know how to download You Tube videos and edit etc. Willing to pay hourly or project rate? Probably a 5- 10 hour job?
