Editor needed who can make thumbnails for my budding youtube channel

I am looking for an editor to help bring my budding YouTube channel to life with unique thumbnails. I am looking for a bright and colorful design, although I am not sure what specific tools will be required to create them. It would be great if the editor could create the thumbnails from scratch, but I am open to other suggestions too.
