Create talking people using A I

I want to be shown how to create AI people talking to each other for Youtube. I don't want this to be created for me. Create talking AI characters that entertain users with their simple scripted responses in English. Ideal skills and experience for this project would include:
- Proficiency in AI programming and natural language processing
- Experience in developing conversational interfaces and chatbots
- Knowledge of speech synthesis and voice recognition technologies
- Ability to design engaging and visually appealing characters
