Create a Compilation Videos for my Youtube Channel

I have a Youtube Channel called Ellen's Moment. The channel is basically cropping some amazing moments that Ellen Degeneres has had with popular celebrities on her shows and compiling them to post on my channel. I want to hire someone to basically mashup some of the videos and it should be nice.
