Build an entro and outro for youtube

Very professional into and outro for my youtube videos. I want very upbeat to be able to put a label on my brand. I am a local realtor building a youtube channel on what its like to live in the state of louisiana.I have already worked on the extra but would want it touched up and look way more professional.
