Responsibilities:
Conduct audience research (keywords, interests, placements, custom intent)
Set up and manage YouTube ad campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and sales
Optimize ads through A/B testing, bidding strategies, and audience refinements
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with clear KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
Provide strategic input on ad creatives, including hooks, scripts, and calls-to-action
Requirements:
Proven track record of running successful YouTube Ads campaigns
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, conversion tracking, and analytics
Ability to scale campaigns profitably
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Budget & Engagement:
Open to both project-based and monthly retainer arrangements
