Computer Vision Expert for Box Damage Detection (YOLOv11 + DeepStream Deployment)

We are looking for an experienced Computer Vision expert to develop and deploy a model for detecting damages in boxes, with deployment using NVIDIA DeepStream. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real-world CV problems and expertise with YOLOv11 or similar models.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in developing and deploying computer vision models
Expertise in YOLOv11 (or other advanced YOLO versions like v8–v10)
Prior experience with damage detection, defect inspection, or industrial vision applications
Skilled in optimizing model performance and achieving high accuracy
Experience with NVIDIA DeepStream for real-time, edge, or GPU-accelerated deployment
Familiarity with dataset annotation, training pipelines, evaluation metrics (precision, recall, mAP)
Deliverables:
Trained and tested damage detection model (YOLOv11 preferred)
Deployment-ready solution using DeepStream (with configuration files, engine builds, etc.)
Documentation and performance report
Test in production with client
Guidance for model retraining and scalability
Ideal Candidate:
Has deployed models using DeepStream SDK (preferably on NVIDIA Jetson/Orin/Xavier platforms)
Can demonstrate experience in solving real-world computer vision problems
Shares project portfolio or links to similar work
