- The main focus of the classes should be on stress relief.
- The classes should be held more than twice a week.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in yoga and be able to create a supportive and relaxing environment for beginners.
- Knowledge of different stress relief techniques and the ability to modify poses for different skill levels is essential.
- The instructor should be able to effectively communicate and guide participants through various yoga poses and breathing exercises.
