yii2 use-case development support

I am looking for somebody to develop some simple use-cases I need for my project using the yii2 framework, since I myself lack the time, since I'm full of work.

Roles:
Visiter (anybody who views the page) [can view reviews on public page]
User [ can create and edit reviews about -stations- ]
Station [ can view and comment on reviews written about oneself ]


Use-case overview:
*Visiter
- can view reviews on public review page (home page)

* User
- can create, remove and edit and comment reviews about a specific -station-

* Station
- can view and comment on reviews written about oneself


Demo structure:
- register and login for either: -User- or -Station-
- dashboard for -User- and -Station-
- public home page to view published reviews

Create review content/details:
- mode: draft / published
- select -Station- Account to write about
- write review content [text]
- upload thumbnail image


As you can see, it is fairly simple and straightforward.
You don't need to concern yourself with design, only functionality.

We will use GitHub to share upload the code, and please comment code so others and myself can follow, especially since I have to document the code.
And be mindful since I will review the code, because it has to pass Codeception tests.

This is only part of a whole project.
With reliable and good cooperation, I would wish for a long term collaboration, since I have quite a few yii related projects I don't have time for.
