Question 1 Do we count the number of Log ons for each Member?
IF Not then start the count from the first Log On,
If it is the first log on assign an RBAC status of Not Registered and send them to Registration

FM for a person over 18 years of age code G
MFM for 5 -18 years of age code M
UFM for 1-4 years of age code U
Adult code A
Parent code P
Each should have an RBAC statius
For all FM’s when they Log in for the first time Send them to Registration process.
Register , I agree to the WebPicID Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy.
ID document and Agent Affirmation, The Agent for the FM’s must be the Parent..
For anyone else check the RBAC to see if the Registration is complete and the ID Doc and Agent Affirmation is complete.

Where do we the Email verification for Members and Agents?
We keep the 1st Picture of a Member , the most recent and the Middle pictue in an onlo=ine viewer for Management/ Security.
The rest of te pictures are saved and encrypted and not available.
PROFILE
We need the date of sign-up in the profile.
The date of Sign up will be in the VIDOTN information.
The MEM position will be displayed in the VIDOTN.
Only a Merchant can provide info about an MEM.
All MEM:”S are RBAC coded . They get the User ID and Password.
They are forced to change the password at the first log on.
Thye go through the registration and ID doc process and Agent verification.
An MEM can not Act as an Agent for WebPicID.
The MEM can become a WebPicID Member for $25 and get a $10.00 rebate credited to their account if the Registration and Agent affirmation is on file.
They enter their MEM Pay-code to verify this.
