Food Delivery Website small updates/upgrades Stage 4

We would like to save time for both parties, we will not select marker pricing submmisions.
Chomp-A Food Delivery is small company of 15 riders for food delivery service location in Vientiane Laos. Looking for a savvy programmer in Yii framework, PHP and Google Maps Api that can modify/update our website. We will be doing the upgrades in stages to keep a fair business trade during the upgrade process. I will be online 7 days a week to answer any questions you may have along the way and review each progress to keep the process running in a timely manner.
Key elements to repair/update for stage 4:
- Search restaurants results page output in this order (Nearyby Distance, Open, Pre-Order, Closed)
- Change current search Icon to a magnifying glass
- Reformat output of Browse restaurant list
- If restaurant is closed, will add output hours details
- Add warning text field in admin page
- Add warning text output to top header of all pages before checkout
- Modify current Google maps to become more easier to use and Drop pin function
- Add button to admin/vendor to select if restaurant/vendor is same price as website
- On results page of restaurant/vendor list will display “Same price as restaurant or vendor”
- Add feature to Drivers App will keep track of total KM driven by driver (1st of month to End of month)
- Browse without login. Output list will show “You are not logged in. Here are all of Chomp-A’s vendors.” then all vendors in alphabetical order without checking for distance, rating. Only will show. (Open, Pre-Order or Closed)
- Add Google Captcha to existing Contact US page.

My thoughts maybe setup milestone of payments in FREELANCER that can be made with each fix completed in the stage 4 project.
