Refine Yii Real-Estate Template

I’m custom-tailoring a free Yii real-estate template and need several coordinated updates:

• Layout & Design – I want the page structure re-worked. Please rearrange existing sections to match my wireframe and strip out the areas I no longer need while keeping everything fully responsive.

• Functionality & Features – Any move you make in the views must be reflected in working code: property listing loops, search filters, contact forms, pagination, etc. I’m counting on you to adjust controllers, models, and JS so nothing breaks after the layout shift.

• Content & Text – I’ll supply new copy; you’ll drop it into the right spots and make sure placeholders are gone.

Deliver back the updated view files, amended PHP/JS/CSS, and a brief change log so I can follow your work. Code should follow Yii best practices and remain Bootstrap-friendly.

Acceptance criteria
– Pages render responsively with the new section order.
– All pre-existing features operate flawlessly.
– Supplied text appears exactly where shown in my mock-up.
– No unused CSS or scripts linger in the build.
