Reoccurring Leaf and Tree cone raking and removal

My usual lawn person had a major death in his family and is no longer able to provide services understandably. I'm looking for someone to come every two weeks just to rake the leaves and there are some tree cones in the front yard from the southern magnolia tree. Total lot size is 11,326ft (0.26 acres) but that includes the 1,526sqft home and small shed. I am not interested in a large operation as the cost is always much higher than it needs to be due to the number of people assigned. Optimally would just like two person work crew. I also would like the yard debris to be removed from the site and not left in a bag.
