xml system auto update on my store

I want to manage a work - system that will draw from an xml file (attach) from my supplier every day and update
1. products (addition or removal depending on the file)
2. update of prices, photos, characteristics, description, etc.
3. it will run once a day automatically everything I want automatically no manual tasks
now 90 products on my site

Top right "Welcome ..." -> My account
From the options on the left (blue letters) -> XML Settings
Tab General -> Select and define ftp or email (choose the sending method)
XML Fields Tab -> selection of the fields you want the xml to receive to contain, you can also change their classification by drag n' drop from the arrows on the left.
Categories Tab - check the subcategories you want to receive
General information: Our XML starts and builds every night and once it's updated it's sent to you in the way you've pre-defined.
You can press "Send XML" to do some testing immediately but please give it some time to generate and send to you in the way you stated.
Make sure your SERVER PASSIVE MODE is enabled,
