web XML editor

I would need to create a website where I can edit xml feeds from suppliers according to my own requirements, but I need an automatic update of the xml feed and compare the result with another supplier (price) so that I do not have one item in the e-shop more than once from different suppliers. so that the resulting feed is stored somewhere on the web, from where I will automatically download it to my e-shop
