parse soap xmlinto table

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me parse a SOAP XML file and extract all the data from it. I have a sample SOAP XML file that I would like to provide for this project.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge and experience with parsing SOAP XML files
- Familiarity with extracting data from XML files
- Proficiency in working with SQL databases and creating tables
- Experience in converting XML data into SQL tables
I would prefer the output data to be in the form of a SQL table. The freelancer should be able to create a SQL table that accurately represents the data extracted from the SOAP XML file.
