need to convert word files to xml files

its a web based online learning portal, to post the tests to the students, it must be in xml format, i can provide you the word file, needs to convert it to xml. i am loading one word file here, if you can convert it and its functional, then i can discuss about awarding the work. also i am attaching one old xml file which was successfully converted and loaded into the website.
