multiple XML to csv files - extracting information

I have multiple XML files, and I want to create csv. I have been able to create the csv but they come empty. Alternatively, I have been able to extract the information, but as a text, and not in columns with headers. XML files can be accessed here: http://fedora.clarin-d.uni-saarland.de/oldbailey/downloads.html (OldBaileyCorpus2.zip). I need each trial ID, defendant ID, victim ID with all the characteristics available. The tags are div & \div.
