dynamically convert xml/json into c# classes and push into sql -- 2

we want to convert xml and json file request and response dynamically into c# classes and then we need to push that class into sql database table.

step 1.

step 2
converted class push into sql database

step 3
want to export class file again in xml or json in same format with same sequence.
