create script for updating mysql database based on XML file

I'm looking for an experienced Freelancer to create a script for updating my MySQL database based on an XML file. I'm currently using MySQL as my database and I already have an established XML schema. I need the database to be updated 2 times a day. The Freelancer needs to have extensive experience in database management, scripting, and XML files. The successful candidate should be able to create a system that can seamlessly update my database with the most up-to-date XML information.
