XSL Stylesheet

I am in need of a freelancer to create an XSL stylesheet that will generate a PDF output format. The source XML file for the stylesheet will need to be created by the freelancer. As for design and formatting requirements, I am open to suggestions and do not have any specific requirements in mind.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with XSL stylesheet creation
- Proficiency in working with XML files
- Familiarity with PDF output formatting
