XML upload on google search console failed

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with an issue I am facing with uploading an XML file on Google Search Console.
When we upload the sitemap.xml we have an error : 403
Skills and experience needed:
- Knowledge and experience with XML files and Google Search Console
- Strong understanding of sitemaps and how they work
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve XML upload errors
Project requirements:
- The freelancer will need to identify and address the error message I am receiving when trying to upload the XML file.
