XML Marklogic Expert Developer

I am looking for an experienced and certified MarkLogic developer who can assist me with XML database management. The project involves XML-related data migration. The ideal candidate should have expertise in XML database management and query optimization. I also need someone who can clearly work on Fronted of the Project.
