XML Data Extraction and Report Generation (Freshdesk Backup)

We have a backup of the Freshdesk ticketing system stored in multiple XML files.
We require a comprehensive Excel report with the following specifications:
Scope: Record by record of warranty claims submitted in the last two (2) years
Project: Viupark 118
The report should include:
a) Date of request
b) Name of the requester
c) Reason and transcription of the request
d) Solution and transcription of the response to the request
e) Date of resolution
f) Supporting documentation proving that the issue related to quality, safety, or suitability was resolved
Requirements:
Proven experience working with Freshdesk data structures
Strong skills in XML parsing and transformation
Ability to generate structured reports in Excel
