Update my Roku app (Urgent) -- 2

I need my Roku app updated with a new URL radio stream. The code needs to meet Roku Certification standards before deployment.

We are a new Christian family friendly community based startup non profit. We dont have much income. Please work with our limited budget of $30.
My roku app is 2 years old. Since then roku has updated code / app requirements.

I need the following steps done:

1. Change / update a url mp3 stream in the app. (less than 15 min task).
2. Update the code and app to be compliant with roku standards. Prepare it for Certification to be updatednon roku storem
3. Deploy the app to roku to be updated.
