Transform excel file to XML file

Hello,

I have an excel file with product reviews that I need to transform into an xml according Google Specificactions
- https://developers.google.com/product-review-feeds/schema
- https://developers.google.com/product-review-feeds/sample

I will provide the excel file and the output should be:
- xml file ready to upload to Google Merchant Reviews
- excel file with the xml structure (if it applies)
