Telegram XML integration -- 2

I would like to create a Telegram bot, channel, or group that can be integrated with an XML script. I would like for the channel, group or bot to have a menu allowing users to choose a what type of search they would like to purchase via crypto and then giving them the result. I have the XML and access to the database. This can be done in whatever programming language that is necessary.
