Tally Prime Invoice & Billing Customization

I use Tally Prime daily and now need the invoice screen, printed output, and billing logic to match our internal style guide. The main task is to redesign the invoice layout—swapping in our company logo, colours and branding elements, and rearranging or renaming the key sections and fields so the document reads exactly the way our customers expect. Once the onscreen form looks right, the same structure must carry through to the print preview and the final PDF/printout.

On the billing side I want discount handling tweaked. Percentage and flat-value discounts should be selectable line-by-line or at invoice level and always flow through to the ledger postings without manual edits.

You can work directly inside our existing Tally Prime installation or provide the customised TCP/XML and printer profile files for us to import—whichever is quicker for you. I’ll test against a small sample company; once everything aligns (branding appears correctly, sections print in the new order, and discounts calculate cleanly) the job is done.
