Tacograph Data Mapping
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Intro
There are various tachograph data file formats, including DDD (used in Europe) and VDR (used in Brazil).
We need to map / know the location of each field in the VDR files, such as the vehicle and driver data (We already achieved this with DDD files), and for that it is required documentation.
Documentation
Below are the links that were used to map DDD files as well as a repository where a conversion to XML is done.
DDD files documentation:

This is the github repo, for better understanding follow the README:

What do we require?
We need someone who can make a translation app for Brazilian Digital Tachograph card files into Json Files. This app can be done in any plataform although we have preference for Ruby on Rails or Java. The Json File must contain all information stored in the Card file, for drivers and for vehicles. The Json structure must follow the card logic.
VDR and DDD files
Once again, what we require is the mapping of the VDR files, so it would be useful to find identical information to the previously mentioned, however, we were unable to find anything similar for Brazil.
Attached are some DDD and VDR files for study.
