Repair Legacy KML for Windows11

I have a very large Google Earth KML that I began roughly 25 years ago. On Windows 7, 8, and 10 it still opens and navigates without complaint, but under Windows 11 the moment I load it Google Earth slows to a crawl—loading, zooming, panning, and even simple layer toggles can take minutes. All I need is a thorough validation and repair, bringing the file up to current KML/XML standards without altering any of the actual content or structure. I’m looking for you to:
