Recommender system enhanced by linked open data -- 2

I want to design by python for my master's degree project a content-based recommender system using the (GoodReads)dataset. it should be connected to the linked opened data cloud (dbpedia dataset) to enhance the recommendation. Last step, it should be evaluated(prediction in terms of mean absolute error (MAE), precision, recall, and F1-score) and visualized.
