ReTool programming - simple database + output result

We want to use https://retool.com/ for this project. We have an account there.
1. We want to set up a simple database with resources (see example file Resources.xlsx) and their info. We should be able to add new resources and update/change data in the database.
2. We want to use data from the database + values from an uploaded xml file (please se attached xml which is an example) + user input field values (i.e. user enters value in textbox). With this info we want to create a purchase order. Please see Excel file Purchase order as example of output.
3. Finally we want to save the output and preferably send it by email or just export as pdf from ReTool.
In the 3 attached files are explanations. Please let us know if you have worked with Retoopl earlier.
