Pulling data from RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard)

Hi programmer:
I will pay you $150, if you can help me pull data from RETS.
I have registered Data feed from reator.ca, and got username and password but I still is unable to pull data from data feed(RETS).

2. How can I search data from RETS , What's correct syntax ? Please provide sample
