Parse an XML file using VB.Net

I have an XML document that is returned from a url https://eutils.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/eutils/efetch.fcgi?db=pubmed&id=34129411&retmode=xml I have code that will read the data. It's on the attached file.
I need to extract 3 elements-- The PMID, Article Title and Abstract Text -- look at the attached file and it will show my current function. It's close but it does not read all of the Abstract Text elements. This code has to be FAST. I want you to tell me how you want to do it before I select someone. It should only be a couple of lines of code. If not please explain to me why not. Please bid honestly and do not low ball me to get me to chat. I only need the code fixed and not an entire project
