Odoo CRM Developer -- 2

We are looking for an experienced Odoo CRM Developer to customize and optimize our Odoo CRM system. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Odoo (v14/v15/v16) and strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and API integrations.
Project Requirements:
✅ Odoo CRM Customization: Modify existing modules and workflows as per our business needs.
✅ Lead Management Automation: Improve lead assignment, follow-up reminders, and notifications.
✅ API Integration: Integrate Odoo CRM with third-party applications like WhatsApp, Email, and ERP modules.
✅ Dashboard & Reports: Create customized dashboards for sales, customer follow-ups, and performance tracking.
✅ User Role & Access Control: Configure multi-user roles with restricted access.
✅ Bug Fixes & Optimization: Debug issues and improve CRM efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
