Obtain an XML source from the Electronic Headquarters of the Cadastre in Spain

Job Description - NATIVE SPANISH
This job requires an IT person who is fluent in Spanish and English and resident in Spain. The objective is to source and integrate an XML feed from the Sede Electronica Del Catastro for the company’s Multi Listing Service (MLS) software.
The process will involve registering the business with Sede Electronica Del Catastro (in Spanish) in order to source their XML feed for integration into the MLS platform. Once the registration is approved you will be granted access to their main database where the XML feed can be sourced. A good level of “technical Spanish” will be required to facilitate this.
The Sede Electronica Del Catastro provides registered users with multiple feed options however, the XML feed the company requires is a ‘reference’ feed that once linked to the MLS carries out two simple functions:
a) To verify that the catastral number exists
b) To produce an address against that number
You will be liaising with the MLS business team and the software developers to ensure the full working integration of the Catastral feed with the MLS system, and the project finalises when the XML feed is demonstrably working as intended on the company’s MLS software.
