Need an application to easily edit XML files in Bulk

Need an application that will allow me to easily bulk change fields in Multiple XMLs. Also add 1 or two fileds in bulk and edit those fileds. For instance if the XML has a name field I want to be able to change that field to something similar across the etire XML. I will also need to imort values from a CSV file into the XMLs in bulk using a specific field as an identifier
