Need an XML feed(Bigcommerce)

I need an XML feed built to certain specifications that updates either live, or at minimum every 5 minutes. Currently bigcommerce updates our current feed too slowly and not all the data is present all of the time which causes our products not to list on the aggregator that we plug our feed into.
