Need XML, XML Schema, XML Validation, PHP expert

We need a PHP, XML coder who can convert data stored in MySql table into XML file. Programming language you should use PHP.
There would be 1 screen, user will select some input from screen and click on generate XML.
Program should able to generate XML and this file should be downloadable.
Some data need to reformat based on requirement using PHP code. If you are expert in XML, XML Schema, XML validation, PHP, then only contact us.
