Microsoft Dataverse integration to Dynamic Web Website platform via XML

We need a developer to create the link from our Dataverse b-stock listing and management to our website for one-off product sales of seconds stock moving the relevant information to the Dynamic Web portal platform (XML feed), and then be able to accept information back into Dataverse to mark when they are 'sold' through the platform and move the products to an archive folder with Sales Order information after completion through the website cart.
