Make Roku app for my web embed TV channels

I need a developer to create a roku app. Our roku app must allow users to have a home screen to pick a live tv channel to watch. Then users will go to the player page.

Options to pause / stop the tv channel should be available if possible. If we can not stop and pause then just make the channel auto play and allow user to go back to the home screen with their tv roku remote.

There is one problem. We don't have access to the video data / assets. Roku requires direct videos. My channels are all embed with either iframe or different embed codes. We need a way to put my channels in roku maybe thru an api sincs there gonna be web content.

Let me know if you got work arounds and experience.
