Looking for an xml expert

I need to make a new xml feed from another one. One has all articles as separate products, i need them to come out as one. For example we have product code 123-xl; 123-xs; 123-s, all are different articles with specific variation id-s. I need them to be under one article with variation id-s as unique identifiers.
