JSON & XML Document Builder in C#

I need a class library created that uses a builder to generate composites that represent JSON and XML documents. 3 interfaces are given which cannot be changed. and then you create implementations for the 3 interfaces that contain methods.

Basically, user enters a branch name, leaf name, and leaf contents. that is then printed in XML or JSON format in command prompt window.
