Identify Data Stored on IS25LP032 Flash chip -- 2

I need to identify data from a flash chip. On older firmware of this system, the dataset was stored in plain text XML. On the newer firmware both the XML and Dataset appear to be obscured. I need help to identify this encryption and viability of extracting this. BIN files of the flash chip can be provided. The Microcontroller on the system is a mk20dn512vlq10
