ESTABLISHED REAL ESTATE RETS FEED SMALL FIXES

Looking for some that have a strong background with SQL data RETS FEED from MLS real estate server.
we are facing two glitches in our database when we are pulling listings from the RETS server.
1. the properties are accumulating and they are not syncing with the changes that take place on the REMOTE RETS SERVER when the RETS REMOTE SERVER changes status.
2. The GEOmapping Value doesn't show the maps for those location properties. this is not a google API issue because when we put in properties listing manually the map showed.
We have all the info in XML files if needed already set with all the values and tables. I will also make a short video.
