Database Data Conversion Needed

I have data stored in a database that needs to be converted. Unfortunately, I'm unsure of the format it's currently in but I need a freelancer who can handle a wide range of formats. The data source is from a database. The target format hasn't been decided yet, so the freelancer should be skilled in converting data to JSON, XML, CSV or other formats. Proficiency in data conversion and necessary coding contributions are ideal. The freelancer should also advise on the most efficient format to convert to based on the current database structure.
