Create a program to convert XML files to PDF

I need a small program with a browse button where I can select an XML file and have it converted to PDF.
All the XML files will have the same formatting. It needs to be reformatted in PDF with the XML language not showing, just with some of the XML fields showing. In the PDF it needs two columns, time on the left and comment field in the right column.
